Water Pumps
DOMESTIC BOOSTER PUMPS
The range is perfect for many domestic water pressure solutions and with high efficiency it is durable for long run with no worries. This pump is ideally used to deliver pressurized water through a household water supply system. The added controller is a part of Super Pump’s integrated solutions where we deliver wholistic product combos that are perfectly suited to tackle specific problems.
BOREHOLE PUMPS
These pumps are designed for a wide range of uses with a particular application to borehole supply. They are of multistage centrifugal impeller design and all parts are made from stainless steel with water lubricated rubber bearings. A submersible motor is fitted beneath the pump and suction is effected through a strainer between the pump and motor.
The pump is coupled to a sealed liquid cooled oil filled 2-pole asynchronous squirrel-cage motor constructed of stainless steel. All single-phase motors are supplied complete with purpose designed control boxes, while Three phase motors require a remote starter. A suitable Pump Controller is recommended for comprehensive pump control including wireless low level, motor overload and irregular power supply protection. Note that due to the low starting torques of submersible motors it is recommended that DOL starters are used for all motor sizes.
VERTICAL MULTISTAGE PUMPS
Highly efficient high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in vertical design with in-line connections. The non self-priming high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump has a particularly compact overall design.
The pump is suitable for water distribution and pressure boosting, industrial recirculation systems, process water and closed cooling circuits. It can also be used in fire extinguishing systems, washing systems as well as for irrigation.
The typical pumps is available in three brands:- KSB, GRUNDFOS and WILO.
END SUCTION PUMPS
The range of end suction centrifugal pumps are rugged heavy-duty pumps designed for various water supply, irrigation and fire fighting duties in agricultural, commercial and industrial applications. The pumps feature gland packing seal for simple and economic maintenance, back pullout design enabling removal of the rotating element without disturbing the pipework connections and heavy duty bearings.
Motors are selected according to the pump speed and impeller diameter and mounted together with the pumps on a base frame with coupling
ETABLOCK PUMPS
The Etabloc Close-coupled, single-stage volute casing pump, ratings to EN 733, with replaceable shaft sleeve and casing wear rings.
Most of these pumps are applied in Spray irrigation, irrigation, drainage and water supply systems, heating and air-conditioning systems, condensate transport, swimming pools, handling of hot water, cooling water, fire-fighting water, seawater, oil, brine, drinking water, cleaning agents, brackish water, service water, etc.
HORIZONTAL MULTISTAGE PUMPS
These are horizontal high-pressure centrifugal pumps in ring sectional design, single- or multistage, vertically split suction, discharge and stage casings.
They are mostly applied in Municipal and industrial water supply in water works, pressure boosting installations, irrigation and sprinkler plants; as boiler feed pumps and condensate pumps, cooling water and hot water circulation pumps; for high pressure water in hydraulic presses, as fire pumps etc.
SPLIT CASING PUMPS
Single-stage axially split volute casing pump for horizontal or vertical installation, with double-entry radial impeller, mating flanges to DIN, EN or ASME.
Mostly applied in Pumping water with a low solids content, e.g. in waterworks, irrigation and drainage pumping stations, extraction duties in desalination systems, power stations, fire-fighting systems, shipbuilding, district heating or cooling.
MANUAL HAND PUMPS
Three models are available, The India MK II Pumps, Afridev and Nira range of positive displacement reciprocating cylinder type hand pumps are long established, robust products for general borehole and well applications. Designed to international standards, reliability has been extensively proved in a huge number of installations throughout the world, their heavy-duty construction being suitable for continuous operation over long periods. 'India' hand pumps are also simple to install and maintain at the village level using basic tools and cheap spare parts and they fulfill all aspects of UNDP/World bank hand pump specifications.
India MKII - Standard pump head with 1¼" GI drop pipes and 2½" standard cylinder. Output is approx 15 litres/min at up to 40m depth.
